I’m Amie, a Personal Trainer focused on helping women build strength, improve fitness, and create sustainable habits that fit into real life.
After returning to training following two pregnancies, I understand the importance of a realistic approach that builds confidence and consistency - while still enjoying the process along the way.
My training style combines strength, conditioning, and running to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident, without relying on extremes or all-or-nothing routines.
I believe training should support your life, not take it over.
The fitness industry can often feel overwhelming - filled with conflicting advice, unrealistic expectations, and pressure to do everything perfectly.

I focus on helping women build real strength, sustainable habits, and confidence that carries into everyday life. No extremes, no quick fixes - just realistic support and training designed around you.
